Iran has responded to the video message Obama sent to them to try to make ammends with the Iranian people and government. Aliakbar Javanfekr, an aide to the Iranian president stated that "The Iranian nation has shown that if can forget hasty behavior, but we are awaiting pratical steps by the United States." He also stated "By fundamentally changing its behavior, America can offer us a friendly hand. So far what we have received have been unfriendly fists." But only time will tell if Obama's video will really change our relationship with Iran.
